Which country is better prepared for a natural disaster?

With natural disasters, no one knows what to expect, much less can we know when will happen, Some countries have their precautions but not enough to stop a major disaster, such as having our mother nature.
Countries take precautions when things have already happened, but after that everything is calm, precautions forgotten and left to drift, but few countries that no matter, days, months or years they plan to prevent any natural disaster.

The best country prepared for a natural disaster is NEW ZEALAND.

New Zealand or the country of the long white cloud, collect several of them, in truth all types of natural disasters can happen in New Zealand, and many have already happened in recent times. In fact the country found virtually on the Pacific Ring of Fire, the bar eats into the depths of the earth, and to complete the latitudes to the North Island and South meet, receive Cyclones Pacific as well as Antarctica.

To make matters worse, this is the fight of the two tectonic plates that torcen and wild with the Kiwiland from side to side, trying the bankruptcy as a piece of tree branch. When the club to be worth eating, the heat will come out for a hole. So New Zealand is subject to earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, cyclones, Tsunamis, Landslides, Avalanches, Floods, Fire, Toxic Gases, Snow Storms, Ventanias, Tidal Wave, Rain Hail, Rain Storms & Power Greys.

But fear not, because New Zealand has no problem, or you have, you will probably know before, enough to leave the area or take shelter safely time. New Zealand has one of the best security systems and monitoring of natural disasters in the world, and the government says have several types of action and evacuation plans, one for each type of disaster. However, even with all the current technology, there are still some that can catch people by surprise. Whatever will be the disaster is unlikely to be of major proportions as Hurricane Katrina or so, because the population is small, and more dispersed in the two islands.

As a country quite struck with natural disasters, it has become more cautious when dealing with natural phenomena. It is also a first world country, which has the advantage of easily recovering when some disaster happens.
